Shandel is a very thoughtful yet meticulous person! She was always very considerate person throughout the process. She did not impose her opinions at any point since the viewing or try to coerce me to make a decision I was not happy with. She ensured that she gave me all the information, which she had done adequate research on and helped me make informed decisions. She did not hesitate to point out any decisions that i was thinking of making that could possibly compromise the closing process. However, she did so and offered alternative solutions instead of just pointing out the problem. She has a cool temperament- a strength that makes her an extremely savvy negotiator! She also goes above and beyond to help make the process from making an offer to closing extremely seamless. I loved working with her and recommend her highly!
